&Co is a bespoke professional hub for small businesses and corporate satellite teams located in the podium of the Cardero building in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood. The project combined 5 commercial retail units and 2 levels of discrete office space into one interconnected, 4-storey office community complete with a 1,600 sf wellness studio and a 3,000 sf restaurant. The facility provides dedicated office spaces, shared meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchen facilities, a content creation room, showers, change rooms, and secure bike parking. The project culminates in the forum – a three-storey wooden surround that houses bleacher seating and a suspended steel stair to connect the upper office levels with the event space below.

With eco-friendly practices and unique wellness programs, the workspace fosters collaboration, creativity, and a strong sense of belonging.
Leckie Studio was responsible for interior design, coordination, and execution. The original space planning studies were provided by BVN Architects.
